Using Bloomees B-Bay Auctions

Welcome to Bloomees B-Bay Auctions!

Bloomees will post items for sale as a courtesy to its fundraising groups based on the following terms [ These terms do not replace or modify the general Bloomees Terms of Service but are an addition to these terms ]:

Bloomees will be responsible for the following items:
1) Post items for auction by its members according the description and price information provided by Seller.
2) Notify Seller when an auction has been purchased or if their item has expired.
3) Will submit gift cards for various merchants up for auction on behalf of fundraising groups.
4) Will be responsible for shipping and handling of gift cards.

Fundraising Groups will be solely responsible for the following items:
1) Only submit items for auction that do not violate our Terms and Privacy Section of this site;
2) Only submit items for auction that you agree to be fully responsible for delivering. The Buyer will pay for all shipping charges, but the Fundraising Group or Seller must be ready, willing and able to deliver an auction item that is sold through Bloomees.
3) Will not violate any laws, third-party rights, or our policies listed in our Terms and Privacy Section;
4) Will not use the Site if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our Site;
5) Will not manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other user's listings;
6) Will not circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to Bloomees;
7) Will not post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
8) Will not take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information off of the Site or for using it for purposes unrelated to Bloomees);
9) Will not submit spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
10) Will not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Bloomees, or the interests or property of Bloomees' members; copy, modify, or distribute content from the Site and Bloomees' copyrights and trademarks; or harvest or otherwise collect information about members, including email addresses, without their consent.
11) Will not hold Bloomees responsible for any item that does not sell through the B-Bay Auction.
12) Will not hold Bloomees responsible for any item that is not delivered to purchaser or if any item is damaged or returned to Seller for any reason.
